WaveNet (Hyper) Parameters

I've trying to find the model hyper-parameters used in the original paper.

I refer to the following:

• Number of Layers
• Number of Blocks
• Skip channels
• Residual Channels
• Out Channels
• Kernel Size

I couldn't find any reference in the paper. How were these repository default parameters deduced?
