Sheet music pdf ---OCR---> MIDI. Then use #4

Alternatively, choose pieces that have a .midi / musicXML format available. Dragonic-symphony offers this, but DS-131m does not seem to have pan-mixed sources. MuseScore's site may have classical pieces. Can find pan-mixed performance online and use that as the midi.
