MIDI clock out #27

Hi!

not an issue, rather a request.

Can you somehow show BPM (I know the original didn't) and then send out MIDI clock out messages using https://webaudio.github.io/web-midi-api/ ?

We could use it as the syncronizing machine for a grander setup.
