What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
I propose being able see specific "zoom levels" at different "view levels."
That is, one should be able to be in zoom level 8 yet still be able to navigate
to view level 16 in order to have a global view of miniatured zoom level 8
tiles. This would show the user, amongst many other data, which tiles are
missing from zoom level 8.
What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Just duplicate code for current bar and switch up code so "view level" only
affects viewable zoom level while retaining the tiles from the "zoom level" bar.
Code for tile shrinkage based on "view level" might need to be added if not
already present.
