This fixes #20 with regard to supporting modern browsers #21

The W3C removed the function from SVGElement of which the reason can be found here.

Added the poly-fill provided by the JointJS team to fix #20

The latest commit 62cdd2f69409fee77ae32572a7273ec057cd6c52 makes the use of this polyfill unnecessary.
