youtube出现“出现错误，请稍后再试” #160

高校IPV6，播放youtube上的视频，总是出现"出现错误，请稍后��
�试"的错误，DNS改成8.8.8.8，也没什么用处，不知道为什么！

因为 v6 压力太大
而 v4 又被 reset
