Hi @djedje6821, this usually means that the stove does not update the cloud platform in a reasonable time. Could it be that the stove has a bad wifi connection?
Hi @vincentwolsink, thanks for the answer. I don't think so, i have a good internet connection and it's very stable. I have no tools to proove it but I work at home and i don't have any latences or "network cut". But i agree with you, it seems like that. Possible that the remote platform no respond in time ?
Edit : I add some information : when it happens it's during several minutes, maybe a little hour.
In the logs you provided there was no issue for the integration to reach the cloud platform. But the cloud platform responds that it is still waiting for your stove to answer/provide an update. I don't think your internet connection is the issue. But it could be that the stove has a bad wifi reception (the embedded wifi clients in the stoves are not great).
Maybe, during the issue, you can check your wifi router if the stove is connected and try to ping it from your own pc to see if the connection is stable.
P.S. It could still also be an issue with the cloud platform internally, but there is not really a way to debug that. And since the cloud platform does respond to this integration requests, it seems to be fine.
You totally right and I'm almost sorry I created an issue for that. Your suggestion is a very good idea ! I'm gonna try this as soon as possible.
Hi,
I often have errors in my home assistant
2024-03-27 15:55:44.989 ERROR (MainThread) [custom_components.aguaiot] Unknown Agua IOT error: Error while fetching device information
I have a Moretti Design, what kind of information do you need ?
