Added hotkeys for selecting towers to place down #274

Also implemented being able to deselect towers by clicking on the same tower in the UI or pressing the hotkey for that tower. So if you selected the first tower in the UI by accident and don't want to place it down, you can press the "1" key or click the tower in the UI again to deselect it.
