Acute stomach #297

This adds the acute stomach level, featuring cholera, e-coli and more!

Also some bugfixes.

I got a list error when trying to start the level:

Line 275, in prepare_next_wave for i in self.level_data["waves"][self.difficulty][self.wave]: IndexError: list index out of range

--Edit: just realized that i played the mild level instead of the acute--
