Support for encrypted outlines #103

It would be cool to have some builtin encryption similar to the "Notes"-app. As far as I'm aware, there is no standard for encrypted OPML files, so it would probably need a proprietary extension. Would you be interested in a feature like this or is it out of scope for Zavala?

Not out of line. I know sometimes people need to keep things private. I personally would find this feature very useful.
