support for standard Minecraft servers? #10

I was wondering if there will ever be support for standard minecraft servers that don't use anything like paper or bukkit, just the download from the official minecraft page.

It's not possible, I think, they don't provide an api to interact with the server.

I believe that only way to do this is as standalone software running on server checking querry of server, but I can be wrong.
