Flicker On Refresh #64

Every time the control would auto save it would cause the widget carousel to flicker. Make sure to have at least 2 images in the carousel when testing.

@ianblair44 , actually it happens because we need to reload the carousel with updated list of images or every time an item is added in control side. That's why you see a flickering effect.
