[Boost & Eigen] Where to locate this? #68

Hi,

I am using Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS and tried to install Boost & Eigen from (https://www.boost.org/users/download/).. and I have a question about the location of Boost & Eigen. where should I locate Boots & Eigen? or it doesn't matter?

and /path/to/ means the location of zip file for boost? am I correct?

When I tried to unzip the file (boost_1_70_0.tar.bz2), the error message shows up as follows: tar: zip2: Invalid blocking factor
