Enable on lock screen #40

Is there a way to enable the wallpaper on lock screen?

As of now, it depends on your DE. On Cinammon, flowy sets both the lock screen and the desktop screen wallpaper. However, this is dependent on your DE. Adding it explicitly invovled a lot of pain so I decided against it.
