For increasingyiled in the mirna fast result puzzles (Johan's lab) we discussed intensively to limit the number of A's. This has already been implemented by the A-dometer. Furthermore, it was shown in our tables that AA, AAA, AAAA etc decreased the chance of cluster formation significantly, the more A's were connected to each other.

However, as was shown in https://getsatisfaction.com/eternagam... One strategically placed Quad-A hinge was very beneficial for the score. This must be at the positions indicated, where it acts as a connection between a bulb and a hairpin - see the arrows indicated in the post.

All of these could be implemented in the swtichbot.
