Sober crashing instantly after i open it, did not have issue yesterday

What problem did you encounter?

I am unable to open the sober application on gaming or desktop mode as it closes before even being able to open. I have reinstalled and the problem persists. another issue that may be related is every time i run the flatpak file linked to sober to locate sober within the discover store, it fails, bringing up this error; Could not open file:///home/deck/Downloads/sober.flatpakref please help me bypass this issue or fix it, thanks to the sober dev team.

had this same issue after updating drivers and kernel. Just make hidden files appear, go to home folder, open .var, and delete the sober file. then reinstall. It could also be a fflag issue.
