heartbeat consistently under 60fps, gpu usage minimal #274

Describe the bug

This seems to be the opposite performance issue that a lot seem to face here, in which the gpu/graphics is too slow. However, for me the heartbeat is consistently under 60fps - usually in the 30-40fps range, no matter the resolution or graphics settings (1-9, dxvk/vulkan).

I have ESYNC/FSYNC enabled, on wine-tkg-fsync-git 8.13 from aur.

I'm having less than 60fps in all games, the fps cap doesn't matter here as I can't even hit 60

Was facing same issue, seemed to be related to this so sysctl -w kernel.split_lock_mitigate=0 ended up solving it
