Could be a pimp or a "madame", become a profession/work? Like run a brothel, escort service or something, and then hire other npc's you connect to, to work there? I don't mean by just run up to someone and ask if they want to spread their legs for money, but maybe through coerce, persuasion, and so on. Could be a lot of interesting even't and things around.
How to set it up, get a location and so on.
Hire/find workers, security, pay off the law, bribes whatever.
Provide the clients with kinks and fetish's that satisfy their needs and desires.
