What are you planning for the cumming mechanics? Like a spurt effect and then a texture overlay added on top of the "victim's" face?
I was wondering if a really floppy soft body white mesh spawned out of the penis and flown right into the victim's face would work, it'd have a thick fluid like movement effect (assuming part of it sticked onto the victim's face)
