Encoding error? #202

The following are encoded as windows-1252 instead of UTF-8 not sure if this is an issue. LifePlay/Content/Modules/vin_Incest/Scenes/incest_rape_cms.lpscene LifePlay/Content/Modules/MorphTags/trueTopSimplify.txt

for the lpscene, it just affects the 's in the text, nothing more
