Scene owned_netori_cms have sometimes wrong gender and hard to force scene to run #220

When i tried to force run the scene with all the requirement met it cannot run most of the time. But when it runs, sometimes the wife and husband was swapped for some reason LifePlay 29_01_2022 09_04_48 .
