Reflection problem when rotating PNG image in Internet Explorer #20

You can test the issue on this page. test.gearspot.dk/designer

Start the designer and upload the attached PNG file using Internet Explorer. 
When You try to rotate the image it makes a reflection of the same image behind 
the iamge you are rotating.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
Go to test.gearspot.dk/designer with Internet Explorer
2.
Start the designer and upload a png file of the one I have attached
3.
Try rotate the image and see the image reflection of the same image in the 
background.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The reflection are not supposed to be there. It doesnt happen in firefox or 
Chrome,

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

IIS 7.5 Windows 2008 Server. 

CropZoom v1.1
Release Date: April 17, 2010

Cant see any other dates in the javascript file.
