Hey there @vinhnglx

During a project last year I discovered a couple of active admin components that were not yet styled in active bootstrap skin. I added the sass in my own project. Now I would like to make them available to other projects as well. This pull request is the last one of those. It would be great if you would consider making a new release including those features. Please let me know if you have any questions about the proposed additions. Cheers Joachim

@JoachimTillessen thank you so much for all your PRs ... I will do the release soon ... Sorry for late, I've just moved to new house, need to set up the internet first
