Saving config as metadata in the sprite frames. This unblocked the implementation of a tree view like the Imports manager. This allows re-importing multiple files or folders in one go.
Changed history to work like a simple change history. Moved persistence to local project metadata and improved the interface
To accomodate these changes I also started cleaning up metadata from SpriteFrames to prevent any path leak when exporting the game.
Refactored modules to use config and file system singletons, instead of passing the configuration around.
