unknown trigger conditions - tooltips occasionally flicker #336

Describe the bug Occasionally a rendering error happens with the tooltips causing them to flicker. I do not know what is causing this so it's difficult to reproduce.

The bug vanishes as soon as the cursor is moved outside of the current gui element that was gproducing a rendering issue.

Software Environment bauh version: 0.10.5 O.S: Endeavor OS (Cassini Nova R3 using KDE 6) Python version: 3.11.5 Installation method: yay

H @Ryder17z . I'll try to reproduce here, but it's possible to be a QT bug.
