native components/applications installed from aur gets listed as having flatpak updates #365

Describe the bug nvidia driver and ffmpeg is from aur but bauh lists flatpak updates for both

Software Environment bauh version: 0.10.7 O.S: Endeavor (freshly installed yesterday using the "online" install method) image Python version: 3.12.3 Installation method: yay

Hi @Ryder17z . I believe flatpak automatically downloads driver-related runtimes. Try checking all installed Flatpak through the CLI (flatpak list)

That doesn't make sense to me. But sure enough, both are listed. Flatpak isn't supposed "bundle" stuff like that, or so I hear, unlike AppImage which usually bundles everything needed.
