看了一下代码，发现代码里有处理向win10传文件的代码，跟了一下代码，代码也没有啥问题，但发现win10设备的那个回调进不去，所以这个功能失效了。参考了微软官方的（ https://github.com/microsoft/project-rome ）
这个项目里的例子，可以进入回调，功能正常可以传输文件，但仅限于蓝牙速度很慢。
