Mayor view in VenueCheckinsActivity missing if no checkins available. #82

Visit a venue that has a mayor but has not had any friends check in there. 
See how the UI does not show the mayor view when this happens.

Whether or not a venue has had friends check-in at it, if a venue has a 
mayor, it should show the mayor.
