Renew subscriptions: If save is clicked before adding subscriptions, then valid 
error message is not shown first.
Refer to attachment enhacement1.jpg: This is the message that is shown first 
and then the message in enhancement2.jpg.

Error message in enhancement1.jpg should not be shown.
