Running on Windows 10 CUDA 10.1 version #1

Hello, I am running on Windows 10: I get the following error: error: command 'C:\Program Files\NVIDIA GPU Computing Toolkit\CUDA\v9.0\bin\nvcc' failed: No such file or directory. How can I adjust the code to operate on CUDA 10.1 ?
