Resolves #10 Used multi threading for better efficiency for scanning ports in scanner.py .

Hey @Kashish121,

I think you misunderstood the comments - I meant; lets maintain both scanner files:

scanner.py | Single thread : Already exists
thread_scanner.py | Multi thread : Need to create this file and put your source.
