Feature Request: Add Configurable Light & Dark Theme

Summary

The current design of this Astro Portfolio Theme only supports a dark theme. This issue proposes to make the theme configurable, allowing users to switch between light and dark modes.

Requirements

• Introduce a configurable light and dark theme to the portfolio.
• Do not modify the existing font-family; the only changes should be in colors.
• Ensure the website has a responsive switch button for toggling between the light and dark themes.
• By default, the theme should be set to light mode when the website is first loaded.

Additional Details

• The switch button should be easy to use and should work seamlessly across all pages.
• Ensure that the website remains fully responsive in both light and dark themes.
• The color changes should be implemented in a way that enhances readability and user experience in both modes.
