Add support to chose license (MIT or X11) #12

If a project has a dual license (MIT or X11) or (MPL-1.1 or GPL-2.0), add support to chose (along with concluded).

-cl or ``-chose-license´´ - add license to report->conclusion->chosen_license. If none is specified, leave as null.
