hide files matching all license #2

We can exclude one license if the files has exact match.

Hiding multiple license, e.g. mpl-1.1', 'lgpl-2.0-plus', 'lgpl-2.1, regardless of order in the scan report would be useful in filter mode.

Suggestions: use the current -hl option
