From Val 01/09/24: Finally I think having a really detailed explanation of tokens used by Chatbot and various tactics we could employ to minimise these costs such as limitation of characters in a question/response, max amount of qsts in a chatbot conversation, predicting what the user might want to ask based on the form they complete in order to avoid overly complex questions etc.
