Add makefile for gcc on linux #4

Not much to it, and it isn't as flexible as some makefiles I've seen, but it works for me.

So. Uhm. Looks like the author abandoned this beautiful application. I actually have thought about a tool like that for some time. I think of implementing similar tool in something cross-platform like Python or JS in a not-so-distant future.
