Batch actions such as transfer and evolve would be improved by adding progress indicators. We could use bootstrap progress bars for now, and put them at the top somewhere. Maybe we can indicate the action and the pokemon as well. Something along the lines of Running transfer on cp30 Pikachu... Until all transfers were completed.
