[Question] Using PokeNurse while playing #151

Hello. I couldn't find any question like this. Is it possible to use PokeNurse while playing PoGo? I mean...I wanna transfer my mons using PokeNurse but continue playing using my phone. Is it ok or it increases the chance to get banned?
