Added new icon files for the app #152

Included source files for everything, included Sketch files and the Icon Slate projects used to export them.

I really like these, I'll try to get them into the next release which should be out soon. Although I think that we cannot dynamically set the icon, so I will probably use the red one for now until we have a place elsewhere to display it.
