WIP, Task list:

[x] create json from reliable data source, im using this document.
[x] hookup to the details page.
[x] merge the attackDetails.json with baseStats.json.
[x] prettify it using correct css, not hodgepodging it. - use vinny's commented code.
[x] show tooltip with extended details on the attacks.
