tuning node-red-contrib-tuya-smart-device V. 4.1.1

Hi all, using ver. 4.1.1 I get many messages like:

The presence of the 'status output' renders these messages useless. To reduce this tedious problem I updated the V 4.1.1, I also made a few other changes to do the log anonymization and for smoother operations.

The modified version is in attach. tuya-smart-device-updated.4.1.1.zip
