The download server seems to be down or missing #145

This is not really a defect in open9x, but rather in the infrastructure.
The binary download page (http://code.google.com/p/open9x/wiki/Binaries) has 
direct links to a number of hex files on the download server.
These links are all to a machine called 85.18.253.250
The machine does not answer requests and seems to be down/gone
