SKY9X REVB rotary encoder produces 4 pulses (menu steps) for each mechanical step. #232

Which board (stock / gruvin9x / sky9x) are you using? SKY9X REVB

What is your open9x FW version? ALL ABOVE 1947 or all 2xxx versions.

What is your open9x EEPROM version? 214

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. NAVIGATE INSIDE THE MENUS WITH THE ROTARY ENCODER
2. The rotary encoder moves through the menus in steps of 4
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please provide any additional information below.
The rotary encoder produces 4 pulses for each mechanical step on the SKY9X REVB 
boards

Hi 
An example follows:
when i move the rotary encoder one click it goes from tx menu page 1 to page 5
(when the menu page number at the upper right corner is highlighted)

Yes I know. It's fixed in SVN and will be part of the next release (tonight or 
tomorrow).
