[PL] Golden flow for all operator. #110

Golden flow involves the following steps:-

1) Opening of live page in mobile. 2) Successfully billing of the subscriber. 3) Proper download of content after successful billing.

Its done for Airtel, Aircel, Loop, Uninor and Vodafone.

@saurabhtz Please test the flow for all the above operator and update the status here.
