Email field is not marked with * in the Create User page at the Platform portal #159

Expected: Email field is mandatory, hence it should be marked with * sign

Tested URL: http://wap.tapmobi.in/App/UserManagement/CreateUser.aspx

Note: UserId* and Password* fields are marked with *
