Select the Master checkbox -->Deselect Airtel checkbox -->Master check gets deselected for Allowed Carriers and Circles field in Create/Edit Rule page #192

Expected: If master check gets deleted, then for all the carriers and circles, it should be deselected.

Tested URL :http://wap.tapmobi.in/App/Specifications/CreateOfferRule.aspx?OfferRuleId=33&OfferId=30

As this is not an issue, hence closing the same.
