Expected: User should be able to download the content, hence billing should happen accordingly if msisdn has enough balance

Tested URL at node: n.tapmobi.in/r.aspx?pageid=261

Tested MSISDN: 919901313153

Tested Carrier and Circle: Airtel- Karnataka

Note: OTP has not been received during payment process at Fortumo page
