P2 issue: Airtel- Receiving multiple subscription callbacks of Grace period and we are not creating corresponding callback into subscription user for MSISDN: 917897774085 #576

Expected: There should be single callback and we have to create subscription user based on corresponding callback

Tested MSISDN: 919791180682

Below is the subscription callback log where we have received 2 Gace period over callbacks for the same service on single day sub callback log airtel

Below is the sub user log issue where we don't have log for the 25th of June:

Not an issue, hence closed

Retested the same and issue exists for MSISDN: 919791180682 as we are not creating as Subscription User as Grace for the Subscription Callback error message as " Subscriber Grace Period Over"
