"Plug-in required ... " displays at top of page in Firefox, even if Selector is loaded. #1

1. Open Firefox w/ slector installed.  
2. Browse to https://xmldap.org/relyingparty/
3. Note message at top of screen.

Fixed in almost all use cases.    Also does not exist when used as a plugin to
perpetual motion.
