how to change the compiler option in libjingle build system? #171

Hello,

I am able to build libjingle on linux and test.

I want to cross compile this for an ARM based linux system.
So, I want to replace the 'gcc' compiler option with the 'arm-linux-gcc' and 
'g++' with 'arm-linux-g++'.
Could you please suggest me how do I do it?
